This is a new high for Bengaluru. According to a recent Capgemini report, Bengaluru has added four new innovation centres to emerge as the fifth global hub for innovation in a list led by Silicon Valley, London, Paris and Singapore.

The innovation hubs feature giants like Apple, Airbus and Visa. What’s, more, four global enterprises set up their innovation centres in Bengaluru between July 2015 and February 2016, the highest in Asia.

Even as the central government boasts of steady steps towards ease of business, Bangalore has shown how it’s done! Globally, the financial services industry leads the others in terms of setting up innovation centers.

The city also hosts several billion-dollar Indian start-ups like Flipkart, InMobi and Mu Sigma other than being home to innovation hubs for global corporates. The biggest achievement of the city is, its world-class technology, talent and investments.
